Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.

Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

Assist customers with documentation and policy issuance.

Provide after-sales service including renewals and claim support.

Follow up with existing clients for policy renewal and cross-selling.
