About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team in Chennai. As an SDR, you will play a key role in building our sales pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective healthcare organizations. You'll be the first point of contact for potential customers and work closely with our Account Executives to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and research prospective clinics, hospitals, and healthcare organizations.
Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business needs and buying potential.
Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for the sales team.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Develop personalized outreach campaigns that resonate with healthcare decision-makers.
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
Track outreach activities, pipeline metrics, and conversion rates.
Stay informed about healthcare technology trends and the competitive landscape.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working with sales targets.
Ability to learn complex products and communicate value effectively.
Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM is a plus.
Prior experience in SaaS, HealthTech, Healthcare, or B2B sales is preferred.
