Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop scalable backend applications using Python
- Build RESTful APIs using frameworks like Django or FastAPI
- Write reusable, testable, and efficient Python code
- Design and implement database schemas and queries
- Integrate third-party services and APIs
- Develop automation scripts and tools
- Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality
- Debug and troubleshoot application issues
- Collaborate with frontend developers and other team members
- Document technical specifications and processes
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2-5 years of professional Python development experience
- Strong knowledge of Python frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI)
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis)
- Understanding of RESTful API design principles
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker) is a plus
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Good communication and collaboration abilities
