Sales Manager - HL(Hubli)

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Hubli. This role is responsible for achieving sales targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing a team of sales professionals to drive business growth within the designated territory.
Job Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for the Hubli region.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing ongoing coaching, training, and performance management.
- Identify new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and expand market share.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews to senior management.
- Manage the sales budget and optimize resource allocation to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing deals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company and generate leads.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2-3 years in a sales management role.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Thorough understanding of the Hubli market and customer landscape is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
