Operations Leadership & P&L Management

  • Lead multi-market operations to achieve sustainable growth, operational excellence, and superior customer experience.
  • Own business performance by driving revenue growth, profitability, productivity, and disciplined P&L management.
  • Optimize operational systems, cost structure, and execution standards to maximize efficiency and scalability.
  • Build high-performing teams and cultivate a culture of ownership, accountability, and execution excellence.

Market Analysis & Business Expansion Strategy

  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes to identify sustainable growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute market entry, expansion, and investment strategies aligned with long-term business objectives.
  • Evaluate business feasibility, location potential, and commercial viability to support strategic decision-making.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Strategic Alignment

  • Partner with Operations, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, HR, IT, and Product teams to deliver integrated business strategies.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that accelerate growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance organizational capability.
  • Align resources, priorities, and execution across departments to ensure successful delivery of strategic objectives.

Job Requirements

Experience & Knowledge

  • 3–4 years of experience managing restaurants or F&B chains, equivalent to an Area Restaurant Manager or Senior Restaurant Manager level.
  • Strong understanding of multi-unit restaurant operations, including SOP development, P&L management, cost control (COS/COL), and service quality standards.
  • Knowledge of international F&B markets or overseas working experience is a significant advantage.
  • Basic understanding of market research, business development, and strategic partnership development.
  • Bachelor‘s degree in Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management, Tourism, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret P&L statements and make data-driven business decisions.
  • Proven ability to build and develop local teams from the ground up.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with direct managers and cross-functional stakeholders within the organization.
  • Professional proficiency in English is mandatory. Additional language skills relevant to the target market are a strong advantage.
  • Willingness to relocate and commit to long-term assignments in international markets.
  • Highly adaptable, self-driven, and capable of working effectively in fast-growing environments with evolving systems and processes.
