Job Overview-

We are looking for a highly organized and professional Front Desk Executive to manage front office operations while providing administrative support to the CEO. The role involves calendar management, guest coordination, meeting scheduling, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily schedule.
  • Welcome and assist office visitors and guests, ensuring a professional and positive experience.
  • Coordinate meetings, meeting rooms, and visitor appointments.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate teams.
  • Maintain visitor, attendance, and administrative records.
  • Manage courier services, office correspondence, and document handling.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth front office and administrative operations.
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks, filing, office supplies, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain the reception area and ensure a well-organized front office environment.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling executive information and official communications.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Front Office, Executive Assistant, Reception, or Administrative roles.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
  • Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
