As a Senior Manager - Category Demand Management, you will play a vital role in overseeing and driving demand for specific categories. With 5-7 years of experience in the field, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to for category's revenue , growth, demand planning & customer growth.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Lead the category demand management team in setting strategic direction and goals.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including category, planning, events, storefront & supply chain to align demand strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Develop pricing and promotion strategies to drive revenue and improve margins.
  • Monitor and forecast product demand, inventory levels, and revenue performance to make data-driven decisions
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of demand plans.
  • Track key performance indicators and metrics to measure the success of demand management initiatives.
