Location: Kolkata (Work from Office)

Compensation: ₹4 LPA Fixed + ₹4 LPA Incentives (Up to ₹8 LPA CTC)

Work Schedule: 6 Days/Week (Thursday Off)

Working Hours: 12:00 PM - 9:30 PM (Sunday: 10:00 AM - 9:30 PM)

Job Summary

We're looking for a Business Development Associate who understands the stock market and can confidently engage with prospective learners. This is a consultative sales role where your ability to explain financial concepts and recommend the right learning program will directly impact conversions.

You should be comfortable discussing topics such as Equity Markets, Technical Analysis, Futures & Options (F&O), Mutual Funds, and investing while driving admissions for our finance programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with qualified leads generated through webinars, digital campaigns, and referrals.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable finance learning programs.
  • Conduct consultative sales calls and counselling sessions.
  • Explain stock market concepts confidently, including:
    • Equity Markets
    • Technical Analysis
    • Fundamental Analysis
    • Futures & Options (F&O)
    • Mutual Funds & ETFs
    • IPOs
    • Portfolio & Risk Management
  • Discuss current market trends and investment concepts with prospects.
  • Guide learners toward the right course based on their investing and trading goals.
  • Build strong customer relationships and convert leads into enrolments.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain CRM records and update sales activities accurately.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.
Eligibility

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • 0-3 years of experience.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in finance and sales are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates with experience in Finance, Trading, Investing, Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance, Mutual Funds, FinTech, or EdTech Sales will be preferred.
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.
