The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for supporting the recruiting process, from start to finish, for open positions company wide. This role is critical to the success of recruiting operations and candidate experience - two areas which we are proud to hold ourselves to the highest standards. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential candidates to effectively support various hiring teams.
- Build and manage candidate profiles, ensuring all documentation remains well-organized and accurate.
- Coordinate and schedule phone and in-office interviews for both internal and external applicants.
- Administer required departmental assessments for domestic (India) and international roles across virtual and face-to-face formats.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding workflows in partnership with recruiting and internal IT teams, including managing asset tickets and tracking role-based system access.
- Assist with comprehensive recruitment tasks, such as launching positions within the ATS, detailing job requirements, and ensuring new hires complete mandatory documentation and training, and more.
- Audit and maintain internal tracking reports and dashboards to ensure all talent metrics are accurate and current.
- Collaborate with the HR team to gather photos, metrics, and employee stories for the India Newsletter.
- Support team members with regular report preparation and daily project tracking as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1+ years of work experience
- Experience with recruitment-based software/applications required
- Passion for creativity; tackling problems with enthusiasm, having excellent attention to detail, and approaching tasks with innovative thinking related to strategic recruitment and HR
- A keen sense of urgency and strong work ethic, positive mindset, and comfort with a fast-paced work environment
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written - you are great about proactively reaching out to others to offer your support
- Competency with G Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Hangouts, Drive, etc.)
