The Role
As a Project Control Specialist II with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc.
- Domain Expert / Specialist in the field of Engineering or in Construction - handling EPC / LSTK / PMC / EPCM project. Having overall knowledge of interdependencies between project phases.
- Good understanding of Workflow Process, Execution sequences, inter-relations of Activities, activity durations, WBS. Good understanding of Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS), Cost Codes, Cash Flow is added advantage.
- Hands on experience & sound knowledge of using Planning/Scheduling Tools like Primavera, MS Project (is MUST), Microsoft Office applications & Techniques.
- Good understanding of Progress Measurement Norms, progress measurement trend Curves (S-Curve) & forecasting by earned value method (EVM), Resource Planning, Productivity.
- Working experience in Mining, Metal and Minerals (is MUST), Oil & Gas Industry.
- Preferred working knowledge in ECOsys or any other inhouse progress measurement tools.

To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:
- A degree engineering from a reputed university.
- Graduate engineers with 10 to 15 years of experience in Project Control department of a consultancy organization and/or technical services department of a Metal / Mineral / Chemical Processing plant.
- Extensive experience in Engineering and Design, preferably with engineering consultants/contractors or from client's side.
- Good Presentation Skills.
- Good spoken and written English language skills, communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Mention any professional affiliations/certifications.
- Should be open for short travel and deputation to sites/ Overseas Offices where required.
- Mention near term mobility readiness.
