Location:: Ankleshwar / Vapi / Daman territory (covering Ankleshwar, Bharuch, Surat, Vapi, and Daman)
Your Role
- In this pivotal role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers across your assigned territory, delivering best-in-class technical service and support for a broad portfolio of laboratory instruments and equipment. You will own the full service lifecycle — from installation and commissioning through to preventive maintenance and complex troubleshooting — ensuring every interaction drives customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Your work directly enables scientific progress by keeping critical laboratory systems running at peak performance.
- Working closely with customers, sales teams, and internal technical experts, you will proactively identify opportunities to promote service solutions and contribute to business growth. You will manage all service activities in compliance with applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations, and maintain accurate, timely records in the customer relationship management system. Through your technical expertise and customer-focused approach, you will raise the bar for service delivery and play a key role in building long-term customer partnerships.
- You hold an Engineering degree or technical diploma in a relevant discipline, or bring equivalent hands-on experience in field service or laboratory instrumentation.
- You have proven experience in field service, including installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of laboratory instruments or technical equipment.
- You are proficient with digital tools and platforms, including customer relationship management systems and network connectivity solutions.
- You communicate clearly and professionally in English; proficiency in the local language is an advantage for effective customer engagement.
- You bring strong organisational skills, including the ability to manage your own schedule, prioritise service calls effectively, and maintain accurate documentation.
- You are customer-focused, solutions-oriented, and able to build trusted relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- You are a collaborative team player with a continuous learning mindset and the flexibility to adapt to a dynamic, field-based working environment.
