Business Analyst – Fresher

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst Fresher to join our team. The candidate will work closely with clients, project managers, developers, and QA teams to understand business requirements, analyze processes, and help deliver effective solutions. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a strong career in business analysis, client communication, and IT consulting.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and understand client requirements through meetings and discussions.
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Prepare project documentation such as BRD, SRS, user stories, workflows, and wireframes.
- Coordinate with development and QA teams during project execution.
- Assist in project planning, estimation, and requirement clarification.
- Conduct market and competitor research when required.
- Support testing and validation of developed features.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and project updates.
- Maintain clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Participate in client calls and internal team meetings.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to document requirements clearly and accurately.
- Basic knowledge of tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of web and mobile applications is a plus.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in BBA, BCA, MBA, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Internship experience in Business Analysis or IT projects will be an advantage.
- Self-motivated and proactive mindset.
