Supporting Actions

Product Specialist

  • Function as a Product specialist for distributor engagements; Key sales pitches and knowledge enhancement across the team
  • Responsible for achievement of Product Level targets for the Zone across Equity and Debt products.
  • To work with Sales Team in increasing distribution spread and product Mix.
  • Give market feedback to Investments on Competition Products Positioning and Product sales in market.

Team Training & Upskilling

  • To conduct Regular Training and Knowledge Sessions for Internal Employees across the Zone for continuous Knowledge upgrade, Keep the Sales Team updated with any product related information and ensure each employee speaks the same language.
  • To conduct Regular Huddles/ Conference Calls / Meetings with Distributors and articulate products and Market Outlook effectively, position products in the best interest of all stakeholders, simplify all aspects of Capital market.
  • Be a bridge between the Investment Team and the sales force on ground.

Stakeholder Management

  • Be a bridge between the Investment Team and the sales force on ground.
  • Feedback to Investments team on Distributor/ Investor queries on Funds/Products.
  • To actively work on key counters with Sales team and include them as part of their branch visit.

Sales Focus

  • Accompany Sales RM in key distributor meeting (Advisory IFA, UHNI, Private Wealth RM) and closely manage Key Family Offices/UHNIs in the respective region.
  • Providing critical ground Feedback for enhancing business activities, any other feedback pertaining to branch/ distribution/ team/Customer Service etc gathered during branch visit and in turn driving sales
  • Responsible for tactical zonal drives like NFOs to maximise coverage at all POS.
