We are looking for a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) who will act as the primary point of contact for clients and drive strong client relationships.

Key Skills Required

• Strong interpersonal, coordination, and client management skills

• Working knowledge of legal documentation, compliance norms, and regulatory frameworks

• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

• Ability to multitask

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related fields

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a client-facing role, preferably within legal, compliance, or consulting services

• Strong communication skills, goal-driven approach, and ability to handle objections

• Familiarity with CRM platforms (Zoho/Salesforce) and digital tools

Roles and Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and drive strong client relationships

• Ensure effective client coordination across teams for smooth service delivery

• Take a solution-oriented approach to resolve queries and enhance client satisfaction

• Understand client needs and support with basic accounts, taxation, and compliance matters

• Track deliverables and deadlines, ensuring timely execution
