The Opportunity

This role involves Process engineer to support with ADONIS common manufacturing process flow mapping and critical steps identification with special characteristics and knowledge in PFMEA.

How You’ll Make An Impact

    • Develop, maintain, and standardize end-to-end process maps and documentation using BPM tools (e.g., ADONIS).
    • Analyze processes to identify gaps, improve efficiency, and drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma).
    • Create and manage PFMEA documentation, implementing preventive and corrective actions for critical processes.
    • Conduct process audits, ensure compliance with quality standards, and lead corrective action plans.
    • Drive process harmonization across sites by aligning best practices, SOPs, and reducing process variability.
    • Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and IT teams to implement improvements and standardize processes.
    • Facilitate process workshops, training sessions, and present improvement initiatives and outcomes to leadership.
    • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s / Diploma in engineering (Electrical or Mechanical).
  • 5+ years of experience in Process engineering
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt certification. (preferred)
  • Experience in manufacturing / multi-site operations environment.
  • Exposure to digital process transformation or BPM tools.
  • Experience in process mapping tools such as ADONIS.
  • Strong PFMEA and risk assessment knowledge.
  • Experience in process audits and multi-site standardization.
  • Knowledge in Lean / Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management.
  • Self-motivated, willingness to take up and lead new challenges.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
