- Formulate and implement regional sales plans, schemes, and initiatives aligned with organizational strategy.
- Drive distributor expansion, secondary sales growth, and retail channel productivity.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and channel engagement through structured reviews and interventions.
- Identify growth opportunities, product gaps, and market expansion areas to fuel long-term business development.
