Purpose Of The Role

  • Lead and drive the retail sales strategy across the assigned region to achieve business growth and market leadership.
  • Provide strategic direction and operational oversight to zonal sales teams and ensure alignment with national sales goals.
  • Build a robust channel ecosystem and strengthen market penetration through distribution excellence.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration and ensure smooth execution of organizational priorities in the region.

Job Summary

  • Responsible for managing retail business operations across the entire region, covering multiple zones and states.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Zonal Sales Managers and Area Managers to deliver business objectives.
  • Formulate and implement regional sales plans, schemes, and initiatives aligned with organizational strategy.
  • Drive distributor expansion, secondary sales growth, and retail channel productivity.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and channel engagement through structured reviews and interventions.
  • Identify growth opportunities, product gaps, and market expansion areas to fuel long-term business development.
