Cluster Manager / Regional Sales Manager to drive our localized growth strategy. In this high-impact, field-intensive role, you will take full ownership of managing both government network anchors and private Direct Sales Agents (DSAs) to accelerate user acquisition and loan disbursals. You will be the face of Refyne on the grounddisrupting high-cost credit products with our transparent reducing balance plan, building deep trust within government ecosystems, and empowering thousands of salaried individuals to achieve financial freedom.
How You'll Make an Impact
Network Building
Recruit, onboard, and manage a strategic network of Ambassadorsincluding DDOs, Accountants, and influential government personnelto serve as trusted brand anchors within key departments.
DSA Management
Direct, motivate, and manage private Direct Sales Agents (DSAs) to aggressively capture market share and achieve aggressive month-on-month disbursal targets.
On-Ground Execution
Drive intensive field operations and regular visits across your assigned 7-district cluster to provide real-time support and deliver seamless "Assisted Journeys" for end customers.
Competitive Strategy
Identify target users currently tied to high-cost credit products and strategically execute our "Switch Strategy" to transition them to Refyne's highly competitive reducing balance plan.
Target Achievement
Take complete ownership of the monthly sales funnel, driving performance from initial sign-ups through to successful loan disbursals.
What Makes You a Great Fit
5+ years of core experience in Personal Loan (PL) sales within a reputed Bank or NBFC.
Proven capability to interface with government ecosystems
, with exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills tailored for high-level officials and individual customers alike.
