Drive the Power Distribution and Power Quality business at assigned Geo expansion territories & drive emerging businesses. Drive business across locations, where Eaton is either not present or has a very weak presence. Drive & lead engagement across the eco-system in the named geo territories including customers , consultants , partners , large & medium System Integrators .We are seeking an experienced and growth-driven Senior Manager – Sales to lead Eaton’s One Eaton business in the Surat/Gujarat. This role requires strong leadership, a strategic mindset, and the ability to drive revenue, profitability, customer engagement, and market development. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional relationship-building capabilities and a strong understanding of the UPS, LV & MV products & solutions market.
"1. Revenue Achievement
To drive revenue objective of the organization in Geo expansion regions & drive emerging business
Meet and exceed annual revenue
Develop strategic account plans to ensure sustainable and profitable growth.
- To consistently work towards improving Eaton market share through small & large deals by building deeper connects across various GEO locations (tier3 & tier 4) cities where Eaton have very low share of wallet.
- Work with all the stakeholders in the ecosystem like end users ,consultants, influencers & partners including system integrators present in that territory. Develop geo markets by retail, institutional and end user sales and ensure Eaton gains market share in these locations.
- Evangelize 'One Eaton Solution' including UPS, LV, MV Switchgear, Automation & digital offerings including software solutions.
- Practice and drive thought leadership & promote Eaton in Geo expanison locations
- Drive customer satisfaction across region.
- Collaborate with all regions to drive growth & win large customers.
- Work very closely with partners across the geo expansion locations across the country and increase the spread of deals through Partners, System Integrators across these named geo expansion locations .
- Market Share Maximization
Identify opportunities for expansion and competitive differentiation.
- Receivables & Compliance
Partner with finance and operations to ensure flawless execution.
- Business Development & Segment Expansion
Identify new applications and emerging use-cases for Eaton solutions.
Increase customer base and drive deeper penetration in the Geo marketeed Eaton solutions with consultants, influencers, and end customers to secure long-term business opportunities.

Present actionable business recommendations to leadership.
- Marketing & Promotion Activities
Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns, events, seminars, and digital initiatives.

Qualifications
"B.E. in Electrical & Electronics (preferred)
MBA in Marketing / Sales will be an added advantage"
10-12 years of experience in Power Distribution sales
Skills
Strong understanding of LV Switchgear, UPS, Automation & MV Swaitchgears solutions, and related technologies
