- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Capability to deliver training sessions on automation and Power Platform tools.
- Strong analytical skills include capacity planning, effort estimation, FTE modeling, and predictive analysis.
- Experience: 4–7 years in Business Excellence / Process Improvement / Automation.
- Proven ability to identify process gaps and apply structured root cause analysis to deliver sustainable solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate, influence, and drive outcomes.
- Ability to plan, analyze, and drive continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Ability to engage with senior leadership, business partners, and global stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience in creation of tools for:
- Workflow automation
- Data extraction and transformation
- Development of Copilot agents and chatbots
- Develop intuitive Power BI dashboards incorporating DAX-based calculations
- Ability to drive an efficiency-focused and high-performance work environment.
- Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams with diverse requirements.
