  • Working knowledge of VBA scripting, SQL, Python, Generative AI, Tableau, and RPA tools.

  • Capability to deliver training sessions on automation and Power Platform tools.
  • Strong analytical skills include capacity planning, effort estimation, FTE modeling, and predictive analysis.

  • Experience: 4–7 years in Business Excellence / Process Improvement / Automation.
  • Proven ability to identify process gaps and apply structured root cause analysis to deliver sustainable solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate, influence, and drive outcomes.
  • Ability to plan, analyze, and drive continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Ability to engage with senior leadership, business partners, and global stakeholders.

Process-Specific Skills

  • Hands-on experience in creation of tools for:
    • Workflow automation
    • Data extraction and transformation
    • Development of Copilot agents and chatbots
    • Develop intuitive Power BI dashboards incorporating DAX-based calculations
  • Ability to drive an efficiency-focused and high-performance work environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams with diverse requirements.
