Academic Counselor

We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Academic Counselor to guide students and parents in choosing the right JEE/NEET preparation programs. In this role, you will understand student needs, provide personalized counseling, and drive enrollments while building long-term trust.

Key Responsibilities

1. Student Counseling & Guidance

• Connect with students and parents via calls, chats, or video session
• Understand academic background, strengths, and career goal
• Explain JEE/NEET courses, study plans, features, and pricing
• Recommend suitable learning paths based on individual need

2. Sales & Enrollment

• Convert leads into enrollments through effective counseling
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Support the admission process including documentation
• Follow up with leads and maintain engagement

3. Product Knowledge

• Stay updated with JEE/NEET syllabus and exam patterns
• Understand product offerings, features, and updates

4. Relationship Management

• Build strong relationships with students and parents
• Provide post-enrollment support
• Handle objections with empathy and professionalism

5. Collaboration & Reporting

• Work with sales, marketing, and academic
• Maintain records in CRM systems
• Track and report counseling and sales performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 1–4 years of experience in counseling, inside sales, or EdTech.
• Strong communication skills in English & Tamil
• Good persuasion and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to work on-site (6 days /week)
