Job Summary

We require a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to visually express the brand story across digital and print platforms. The role focuses on shaping and maintaining the visual identity of a modern, sustainable, luxury lab-grown diamond jewellery brand through impactful and consistent design.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design creative assets for social media, digital advertisements, and marketing campaigns.
• Create promotional materials including posters, banners, brochures, flyers, and campaign creatives.
• Develop visual assets for the website, emailers, and online marketplaces.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital, print, and in-store design outputs.
• Design in-store creatives such as standees, signage, display boards, and offer materials.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and retail teams to understand campaign and business requirements.
• Perform basic image editing including retouching, resizing, and background correction for product images.
• Support festive campaigns, new collection launches, and store opening creatives.
• Manage multiple design requests while ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

Mandatory Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role (experience in jewellery, luxury, fashion, or lifestyle brands preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Basic working knowledge of Canva (preferred).
• Strong understanding of typography, layouts, and color theory.
• Ability to translate brand guidelines into visually compelling designs.
• Strong aesthetic sense aligned with luxury branding and high attention to detail.
• Good time management, communication skills, and openness to feedback.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant design work is mandatory.
