Role Summary
This role will be responsible for driving the end-to-end operations of the Learning function, ensuring seamless execution of learning initiatives, governance, reporting, and stakeholder coordination across the organization.
The incumbent will work closely with business leaders, HR teams and external partners to execute learning programs, maintain operational excellence, track key learning metrics, and continuously improve learning processes. The role requires a highly organized individual with strong ownership, analytical thinking, problem-solving capability and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Learning Operations
- Drive the end-to-end execution of learning interventions, including planning, scheduling, participant nominations, communication, logistics, assessments and program closure.
- Partner with business leaders, HR Business Partners, subject matter experts and external learning partners to plan and deliver learning interventions aligned to business priorities.
- Own the learning calendar by planning program schedules, ensuring resource availability and delivering interventions within agreed timelines.
- Design and develop learning journeys, program content, facilitator guides, learner toolkits and capability-building interventions in collaboration with business stakeholders and learning partners.
- Execute certification journeys, assessment processes, learning campaigns and enterprise capability initiatives to drive learner engagement and completion.
- Administer the Learning Management System by managing program creation, learner enrolments, attendance, assessments, certifications and learning records with high data accuracy.
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks, SOPs, process documentation and operational trackers to ensure consistent execution across learning initiatives.
- Track learning KPIs, program effectiveness and completion metrics, providing timely updates to business and leadership teams.
- Identify automation opportunities and implement process improvements to enhance learner experience and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with learning governance standards, audit requirements and data quality norms across all learning activities.
- Manage relationships with business leaders, HR teams and external learning partners to ensure effective planning and execution of learning initiatives.
- Oversee end-to-end coordination with facilitators, vendors and training partners, including scheduling, logistics, commercial documentation and delivery readiness.
- Provide timely resolution to operational issues and stakeholder queries to ensure a seamless learner experience.
- Build strong partnerships across functions by consistently delivering responsive, high-quality operational support and meeting stakeholder expectations.
- Develop and publish periodic learning dashboards, MIS reports and executive scorecards using Power BI and Excel.
- Analyse learning data to identify trends, generate actionable insights and recommend improvements to learning effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Automate recurring reports and dashboards to improve reporting accuracy, speed and decision-making.
- Provide analytical inputs and ad hoc reporting to support business reviews, governance forums and leadership discussions.
Functional Capabilities
- Strong understanding of Learning Operations and program coordination.
- Experience managing multiple learning initiatives simultaneously.
- Good working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (SuccessFactors, Cornerstone or equivalent).
- Proficiency in Power BI, Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to analyse data and create meaningful dashboards and reports.
- Strong project coordination and execution skills.
