Job Description

Ensuring strict adherence to cGMP, WHO-GMP guidelines, and company SOPs on the manufacturing floor.

Utilizing ERP software to record, monitor, and manage daily production activities, ensuring 100% data integrity and electronic log maintenance.
Reviewing and maintaining online documentation, including Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packing Records (BPR).
Managing line clearance, material dispensing, and shop-floor manpower allocation to optimize efficiency and minimize rejection.

Monitoring the critical process parameters (CPPs) during batch manufacturing to ensure product quality and consistency.

Expertise in troubleshooting in-process batch issues such as viscosity variations, aeration, and phase separation in creams and ointments.
