About ResultFlow.aiAt ResultFlow.ai, we build AI that helps ecommerce stores convert more of their visitors into customers. Merchants add our JavaScript plugin to their site, and our AI runs experiments and personalises their pages automatically, carrying learnings from one store to the next. Because our product is fundamentally about data and experimentation, product and data thinking sits right at the heart of what we do.
We are a small, fast-moving team that makes decisions with data and ships quickly. We are looking for an Associate Technical Product Manager to help us run experiments, make sense of the results, and turn what we learn into better product decisions.
The roleThis is a hands-on role at the intersection of product, data, and experimentation. You will help design and interpret experiments, understand how visitors move through the funnel, and bring evidence to the decisions we make about what to build next. You will not write production code, but you will spend real time in the data, so comfort with numbers and with Python for analysis matters.
It is also a role to grow in. You will start by supporting our experimentation and analysis work, and take on more ownership over time.
What you will do- Help set up, monitor, and analyse A/B tests and personalisation experiments, and help judge whether a result is real.
- Dig into experiment and funnel data to understand what is happening and why, and turn raw numbers into clear findings.
- Use Python, in notebooks such as Google Colab, to explore data and answer product questions.
- Map how visitors move from first visit through to purchase and repeat purchase, and find where the biggest opportunities and drop-offs are.
- Bring evidence to prioritisation discussions, and help make the case for what we should build or change next.
- Write up findings clearly, and be honest about what the data does and does not support.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a product, data, or analytics role.
- Strong product thinking. You reason well about the customer journey, product trade-offs, and what actually moves outcomes, not just features.
- A quantitative mind. A real understanding of, or genuine interest in, mathematics and statistics, enough to reason about whether a result is meaningful or just noise.
- Python for analysis. Comfort using Python in a notebook environment such as Colab to explore and analyse data. You should be able to answer your own data questions.
- Interest in ecommerce. You understand, or are keen to learn, how online stores work and what makes people buy.
- A questioning, curious mindset and clear communication, including honesty about uncertainty and caveats.
- The mindset we value across the whole team: data-driven, questioning, strong opinions held loosely, a fast learner, and a sense of urgency.
- Exposure to experimentation or A/B testing, or to analytics tools.
- Hands-on ecommerce, marketing, or growth experience.
- Comfort with SQL alongside Python.
- A basic understanding of how AI and LLMs are used in a product.
- Our hiring is work-first. If you progress, you will complete a practical task and then discuss it with us in depth, so we can see how you actually think and work. Using AI tools is welcome throughout, as long as you understand and can explain everything you produce.
