As a Territory Manager - Sales, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in the Indoasian market. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth. You will build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the assigned territory.
- Identify and target new business opportunities, focusing on key accounts and potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to stay updated on industry trends.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and insights to the management team.
- Collaborate with product management and marketing teams to develop effective sales collateral and promotional materials.
- Train and support the sales team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel.
- Resolve customer complaints and queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and network with potential partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in a retail sales role, preferably in the electrical industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
- Fluency in English and local languages is preferred.
