- DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).
The ideal candidate is a proactive Oracle EPM professional with strong technical expertise, analytical thinking, and a commitment to operational excellence. This individual should thrive in a highly regulated financial services environment and be capable of managing multiple Oracle EPM applications while partnering effectively with business and technology stakeholders.
Your Primary Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and maintain Oracle EPM Cloud applications
- Develop and manage business rules, integrations and financial reports
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across EPM modules through regular validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with finance, IT, and business teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver enhancements within the EPM environments
- Manage user access, roles, and security settings in accordance with internal controls and compliance standards
- Perform routine application maintenance, system upgrades, backups, and patch management to ensure high availability and performance
- Align risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately
- Provide technical support, training, and documentation for end users
- Monitor system performance, resolve technical issues, and liaise with Oracle support for complex troubleshooting
- Contribute expertise to the design of components and participate in the functional testing
- Stay current with Oracle EPM Cloud updates, new features, and best practices to continuously improve system capabilities
- Construct unit test cases that ensure compliance with functional and non-functional requirements
- Work with peers to mature ways of working, continuous integration, and continuous delivery
- 6+ years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience administering multiple Oracle EPM Cloud applications, with a strong preference for: - Financial Consolidation & Close Cloud Service (FCCS)
- Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS)
- Tax Reporting Cloud Service (TRCS)
- Working knowledge of other Oracle EPM products including EPBCS, EDMCS, Narrative Reporting, Predictive Cash Forecasting and Smartview is a plus.
- Ability to perform day-to-day EPM administration activities, including: - User provisioning and security administration
- Configuration management
- Metadata maintenance
- Environment migrations and refreshes
- Monitoring and troubleshooting application issues
- Experience supporting production environments with a focus on stability, reliability, and compliance.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into application configurations and technical specifications.
- Experience performing regression testing, validating enhancements, and coordinating user acceptance testing during application releases and upgrades.
- Strong attention to detail when documenting changes and verifying impacts across integrated applications.
- Familiarity with Oracle Data Exchange, Data Management, Pipelines, Integration Agent, and related integration technologies.
- Understanding of inbound and outbound data integrations between Oracle EPM and enterprise applications such as ERP, Data Warehouse, and reporting platforms.
- Ability to monitor, troubleshoot, and support data integration processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to: - Review business requirements
- Evaluate impacts across multiple EPM applications
- Develop functional designs and technical specifications
- Recommend scalable and supportable solutions
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively with finance, accounting, tax, and technology teams.
- Experience supporting and testing Oracle monthly updates, application enhancements, and platform releases.
- Ability to coordinate release activities, testing, documentation, and deployment activities in accordance with DTCC's System Delivery Process (SDP).
