Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and organized HR Coordinator to support the Human Resources team in delivering efficient HR operations and administrative services. This role will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day HR operations, supporting the employee lifecycle, maintaining accurate HR records, ensuring compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements, and contributing to audit readiness across HR processes.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring all documentation, system updates, and approvals are completed accurately and on time.
  • Maintain employee records and HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and data privacy requirements.
  • Prepare employment-related documentation, including employment contracts, confirmation letters, experience letters, and other HR correspondence.
  • Coordinate employee documentation, background verification, statutory documentation, and compliance requirements throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Support leave administration, attendance management, and other day-to-day HR operational activities.
  • Prepare payroll inputs and liaise with the payroll team to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
  • Maintain HR documentation, filing systems, and employee files to ensure audit readiness and compliance with internal controls, statutory regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Support internal and external HR audits by preparing documentation, maintaining records, and ensuring timely closure of audit observations.
  • Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, HR systems, and operational processes.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, HR communications, and wellness activities.
  • Provide administrative support for performance management, learning and development, and other HR programs.
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and metrics to support operational and business requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labour laws, statutory regulations, and HR governance standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Candidates pursuing a qualification in Human Resources or a related field may also be considered.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with HRIS/ERP systems.
  • Good understanding of HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, and HR documentation.
  • Working knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance requirements, and HR governance practices.
  • Understanding of audit readiness, documentation controls, record management, and compliance processes.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach and the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in an HR administration or HR operations role.
  • Experience supporting HR processes across the employee lifecycle will be an advantage.
  • Certification or hands-on experience in HRIS/ERP systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday, BambooHR, or similar) is desirable.
