We're looking for Product Data Analyst to effectively turn business questions into data analysis, and provide meaningful recommendations on strategy.

What you'll be doing

Leverage data to perform intensive analysis across all areas of our business to drive product development
Identify key levers for growth & efficiency and work closely with product to transform hypothesis into product features
Design experiments and interpret the results to draw detailed and actionable conclusions
Generate ideas for exploratory analysis to shape future projects and provide recommendations for actions to Product Teams
Create dashboards and reports to regularly communicate results
Define and monitor key product metrics
Present findings to concerned ones to drive product decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across disciplines such as product, engineering, operations, and marketing

What we're looking for

Proficiency with noSQL databases, and experience or familiarity with one additional scripting language
Strong background in, or comfort with, statistical concepts
Ability to facilitate experimentation and conduct experiment analysis
Laser-focused on the details, while keeping strategic priorities top-of-mind
Responsible and reliable to the people you work with - this is a team effort!

Our Hiring Process Consists Of Four Rounds

Introductory, Basic Round:

In a 15-minute telephone conversation we get to know each other initially with basic questions.

Assignment:

In a position related assignment you perform with the skills needed to do assigned task.

Advanced Round:

In a 60-minute video conferencing conversation with the team member - we find out if skill sets match our needs.

Cultural Fit Round:

In a 60-minute video conferencing coversation we talk about expectations of work culture, see if our values match.
