What You'll Do
- Build, test, and deploy high-quality product features end-to-end.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to create meaningful user experiences.
- Understand customer pain points through feedback, analytics, and user research.
- Convert product requirements into scalable, reliable technical solutions.
- Own features throughout their lifecycle—from ideation to production.
- Monitor product performance and continuously improve features based on data and user feedback.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
- Improve product quality, reliability, performance, and user experience.
- Work across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, cloud services, and third-party integrations.
- Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Go, Java, or similar languages.
- Experience building and shipping production-grade applications.
- Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Vue.js.
- Good understanding of backend development, REST APIs, databases, and scalable system design.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience working in startups or fast-paced product teams.
- Knowledge of product metrics, A/B testing, experimentation, and user analytics.
- Experience building AI-powered products using LLMs, Generative AI, or modern SaaS platforms.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, observability, monitoring, and DevOps practices.
- Build products that solve real-world business problems.
