Role/ Job Summary
We are looking for young, energetic, and committed Diploma holders who are eager to learn and build their careers in manufacturing operations.
Selected candidates will work on the shop floor in different process areas such as production, quality, and maintenance under the guidance of supervisors. They will work in shifts and support smooth and safe plant operations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate machines and equipment as per instructions from supervisors.
- Follow all safety rules, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Support in process monitoring, quality checks, and record maintenance.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area (5S practices).
- Assist in basic maintenance and troubleshooting under supervision.
- Participate in training sessions and learn about production processes and systems.
- Report any abnormalities, equipment issues, or safety concerns immediately.
- Support team in daily production activities and shift handover.
Education:
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics and communication, Instrumentation & Control, Chemical & Ceramics, Plastic, Robotics & Automation, Metallurgy

Competency and Skills:
- Eagerness to learn and grow in manufacturing.
- Basic understanding of technical or science concepts.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and follow plant discipline.
- Physically fit and able to work in production environments.
- High fluency in both spoken and written English
