We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales professional to join our team as a Territory Manager. This role is crucial for expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets in the specified region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop sales in the assigned territory, including Alwar, Neemarana, Behror, and Bharatpur.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate new markets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to ensure our sales approach remains competitive.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team, highlighting areas of improvement and success.
- Liaise with other departments, such as product development and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and network with potential clients.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and uphold the company's values and brand image in all interactions.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in a similar industry or with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse range of tasks and responsibilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools to track and analyze sales performance.
- A self-starter with a proactive approach to sales and business development.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
- A valid driving license and access to a vehicle for business travel.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
