As a Territory Manager for IN - NOVATEUR ELECTRICAL & DIGITAL SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED (NEDS), you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our market presence in the East. Your primary focus will be on promoting and selling our Bus Bar Trunking solutions to potential clients and establishing long-lasting relationships. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our L7 - IN - LEGRAND - Business Development department.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the assigned territory.
  • Identify and target potential clients, building a strong network of business relationships.
  • Demonstrate and present Bus Bar Trunking solutions to clients, highlighting their benefits and features.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring a positive and satisfying customer experience.
  • Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction, addressing any queries or concerns.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities, offering valuable insights to the team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales collateral and promotional materials.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to represent NEDS and build brand awareness.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to the management team.
  • Work closely with the product development team to provide feedback and suggestions for product enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of Bus Bar Trunking systems and the electrical industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software for sales management.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse sales pipeline.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for client meetings and events.
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales data and identify market trends.
  • A self-motivated and results-driven approach to work.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced sales environment.
