Connect Infosoft Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive (Fresher) to join our digital marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are passionate about social media, content creation, branding, and digital marketing. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, stay updated with social media trends, and contribute to building engaging online communities for our clients.
The candidate will assist in planning, creating, publishing, and managing content across various social media platforms while supporting marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and online growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and publish engaging content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns.
- Write creative captions, hashtags, and post descriptions.
- Monitor social media accounts and respond to comments and messages when required.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and trending topics.
- Coordinate with the graphic design and content teams to create engaging posts and reels.
- Schedule posts using social media management tools.
- Track social media performance and prepare basic reports.
- Assist in influencer outreach and community engagement activities.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking with an eye for design and branding.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Express, or similar design tools.
- Familiarity with Instagram Reels, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
- Basic knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Internship experience in digital marketing or social media will be an added advantage.
