Job Role: Client Relationship Executive (CRE)
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Handle client calls, emails, and WhatsApp queries professionally.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Follow up with existing and new clients for business opportunities.
Maintain accurate client records and update CRM/database.
Achieve monthly customer satisfaction and business targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client support.
Resolve client concerns and ensure excellent service experience.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge is required.
