Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer with 6–7 years of experience in construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring quality execution, coordinating with contractors and consultants, monitoring project progress, and ensuring timely completion of work in accordance with approved drawings and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of activities.
- Verify measurements, quantities, and bills of contractors.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during execution.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Monitor material requirements and coordinate with the procurement/store team.
- Maintain proper documentation, site records, and quality checklists.
- Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing, and construction methodologies.
- Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
- Experience in site execution, quality control, and project coordination.
- Knowledge of billing, quantity verification, and material management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
