Working closely with senior operations leaders, cross-functional leaders, business and technology stakeholders, this role ensures alignment between operating models, skills, processes, and measurable business outcomes. Success requires strong techno‑functional understanding, hands‑on execution experience, and the ability to influence adoption at scale.
Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
- Translate enterprise and operations strategy into clear plans, execution roadmaps, and transformation initiatives.
- Lead end‑to‑end execution of operational or strategic transformation programs.
- Design and implement scalable operating models, governance structures, and execution frameworks.
- Partner closely with technology, business, and HR leaders to drive alignment and decision‑making.
- Establish metrics, reporting, and governance mechanisms to track progress and outcomes.
- Monitor productivity, capability uplift, and business impact of initiatives delivered.
- Prepare and present insights, progress updates, and recommendations to senior leadership forums.
- Hands‑on experience leading large‑scale operations programs, with accountability for delivery, outcomes, and sustained business impact.
- Strong techno‑functional understanding of modern engineering and data platforms, including how technology teams operate at scale.
- Demonstrated ability to translate enterprise strategy into clear operating plans, execution roadmaps, and measurable initiatives.
- Execution‑oriented mindset with a track record of moving from design to pilots and full‑scale implementation.
- Proven experience working directly with senior operations, business, technology, and functional leaders to drive alignment and decisions.
- Structured problem‑solving capability, with comfort handling ambiguity and breaking complex problems into actionable components.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Comfort using data, metrics, and insights to guide decisions and track performance outcomes.
- Exposure to talent, workforce, or capability‑building initiatives within the organizations.
- Good understanding of technology operations, delivery models, and governance structures in large organizations.
- Working knowledge of cloud, data, AI, DevOps, and platform‑based engineering ecosystems.
- Experience designing workforce plans, operating models, and execution frameworks aligned to business priorities.
- Capability to design and implement optimal processes or frameworks aligning strategic priorities
- Solid program and portfolio management skills, including governance, risk management, and issue resolution.
- Ability to define and track operational metrics, KPIs, and ROI to demonstrate value delivery.
- Executive‑level communication skills, with the ability to present structured, data‑backed narratives to senior leaders.
- Strong cross‑functional leadership capability, enabling collaboration across strategy, operations, technology, HR, and business teams.
- Proven ability to influence outcomes and decisions without relying on positional authority.
- Change leadership skills focused on driving adoption, behavioral shift, and sustained execution.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Ability to navigate conflict, manage resistance, and facilitate informed decision‑making.
- Strong governance mindset, ensuring accountability, transparency, and execution discipline.
- Comfort managing complex, ambiguous environments with competing priorities.
- Experience coaching, guiding, or mentoring teams and individuals through transformation.
- 10–18 years of professional experience in operations, enterprise transformation, strategy, or program leadership roles.
- Demonstrated experience supporting or operating within technology, digital, cloud, data, or AI‑focused organizations.
- Experience in technology consulting, program management, or large‑scale business transformation environments is strongly preferred.
- Proven ownership of initiatives spanning problem definition, solution design, stakeholder communication, execution, and value realization.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, business administration, or related discipline required.
