Job Description
Oversee and ensure the implementation of Occupational Safety, Health and Environment (OSHE) policies, procedures and guidelines, as well as compliance with relevant national statutory requirements, across the Ogongo, José Eduardo dos Santos, Hifikepunye Pohamba, Oshakati, Rundu and Katima Mulilo campuses. The functions include, among others, conducting Hazard Identification and Risk Assessments (HIRA), promoting a high standard of occupational safety, health and hygiene, and protecting the environment from damage resulting from UNAM activities.
Requirements
Diploma/degree in Environmental Health or Occupational Health and Safety. Three (3) years of experience in the field of environmental health, occupational health or environmental management.
