Position Summary
This internship provides hands-on experience in applying the theoretical knowledge of procurement cycle (RFQ/RFI/PR/PO/SA) into practice.
You’ll gain exposure to key areas such as Supply chain management, Indirect procurement, Coupa & Stakeholder Management. You’ll also have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and develop practical skills in purchase operations, invoice clearance, NDA Creation & Vendor Onboarding while contributing to impactful projects.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Work on Ticket based system to assist the Strategic Buyer.
- Create/Update Purchase documents & follow-up with Requester’s in case of any issues.
- Create RFX sourcing event in the system and follow up for the bid.
- Perform Invoice clearance and assist invoice related queries.
- Expected to work on Vendor Onboarding & NDA creation
- Under Graduate/ Graduate/ Post graduate in Commerce, Management , Business , Logistics & Supply chain etc.
- Keen to understand/learn about SCM, Procurement and relevant fields.
- Knowledge in Procurement (Indirect Procurement would be added advantage).
- Basic experience or familiarity with ERP/Procurement tools, Coupa tool is an added advantage.
