Job Overview
Gradiant is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented and motivated Procurement Administrator to support the day-to-day procurement operations of our global business. This role is ideal for someone with a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to learn.
Prior experience in procurement or exposure to SAP/ERP systems is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided to the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P): Review purchase requisitions, convert them into official purchase orders (PO), and handle requests for quotations (RFQ).
- Master Data Management: Update and maintain accurate Vendor Master Data and Material Master Data (e.g., pricing, storage, units).
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot discrepancies in delivery or billing and communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve delays.
- Compliance and Standards: Ensure procurement processes comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Records Maintenance: Maintain accurate procurement records, delivery documentation, and reports for audits and analysis.
- Others: Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by supervisor/manager/management.
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related discipline; equivalent qualifications will also be considered.

- Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or a related field are welcome.
- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and develop professionally.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Ability to work independently while contributing as a team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly dependable, proactive, and demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Able to prioritize tasks effectively and consistently meet deadlines.
