Role Description The Recruitment Associate role at Khushi Enterprises is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. In this role, the associate will manage end-to-end recruiting activities, including posting job openings, sourcing candidates, and coordinating interviews. Day-to-day responsibilities include screening resumes, conducting initial telephonic or in-person interviews, and maintaining candidate records. The Recruitment Associate will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure timely hiring. Additional tasks include following up with candidates, supporting onboarding processes, and preparing basic recruitment reports.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Recruiting and Hiring skills to manage the full recruitment cycle.
Candidates should possess effective Screening and Interviewing skills to assess candidate suitability.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for interacting with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Candidates should ideally have experience with applicant tracking systems or recruitment databases.
Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational and time-management abilities.
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition will be an added advantage.
