Job Responsibilities Maintain customer records and policy documentation
Handle backend operations and data entry efficiently
Coordinate with clients and internal departments
Prepare reports and update daily MIS
Verify documents and process insurance applications
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks with accuracy
