Product Designer (UI/UX)

Tecnots

What you'll do

  • Own end‑to‑end product design: research, UX flows, wireframes, high‑fidelity UI, prototypes, and design QA. Design clean, modern interfaces with strong visual hierarchies, typography, and layout quality on par with the portfolios above. Translate messy problem statements into clear, narrative‑driven solutions and case studies that tell the story of why and how, not just what. Collaborate closely with product, engineering and founders to ship product experiences that are both beautiful and highly usable. (Bonus) Implement designs in modern front‑end tools (Framer / Webflow / basic React or Next.js) or work tightly with developers to get to a “pixel‑perfect”

What you'll need

  • 2–5 years of experience in product / UI‑UX design (startup experience is a plus).A strong portfolio showing: End‑to‑end product work with clear problem, process, and outcomes (not just Dribbble shots). Excellent visual design sensibility (grids, typography, color, spacing) similar in quality to the references shared. At least 2–3 deep case studies that walk through research, UX decisions, iterations, and shipped results. Proficiency with Figma (or equivalent) for components, design systems, and prototypes. Ability to work fast, iterate based on feedback, and handle ambiguity in early‑stage product work.

Nice to have

  • Experience with brand/marketing design in addition to product (logos, brand systems, landing pages, decks), similar to the breadth shown in adyasha.me. Experience building or contributing to portfolio‑level interactions (micro‑animations, scroll effects, 3D/webGL explorations like those on adithnarein.com). Comfort with basic front‑end implementation (React/Next.js, Framer, Webflow) or working closely with devs on handoff.
