MIS Executive with SAP experience (1–3 Years)

Role Overview

The MIS Executive will be responsible for end‑to‑end MIS reporting, data consolidation, and analytics to support business decision‑making. This role requires strong hands‑on expertise in advanced Microsoft Excel and Python to build automated dashboards, reports, and databases by collating data from multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical thinking and a process‑automation mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

Collect data from various departments like finance, warehouse & vendor

Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and records

Maintain the ASN/GRN tracker and updated on daily basis

PO creation and sharing the dump file to vendors

Track inbound and outbound shipments

Prepare supply chain reports and dashboards

Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs

Maintain documentation for purchase orders, invoices, and deliveries

Improve reporting formats and efficiency continuously

Ensure data integrity, version control, and documentation of reporting processes.

Qualifications & Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in MIS, reporting, data analytics, or business intelligence roles.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Google sheet, including advanced formulas, dashboards, and macros/VBA.
• Experience handling large datasets and data from multiple sources/platforms.
• Exposure to automation, AI tools, or analytics platforms is a plus.
