- Expertise in brewery packaging processes (bottles, cans, kegs)
- Strong knowledge of packaging equipment such as fillers, pasteurizers, depalletizers, labelers, packers, palletizers, and conveyors
- Understanding of CIP (Clean-in-Place), sanitation, and hygiene standards
- Knowledge of packaging quality parameters including fill volume, dissolved oxygen (DO), CO₂, seam integrity, crown quality, and label quality
- Experience with TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement methodologies
- Strong understanding of OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and loss analysis
- Preventive and predictive maintenance planning in coordination with engineering teams

- Regulatory compliance and audit readiness
