SENIOR MANAGER OPERATIONS EXCELLENCE

  • Expertise in brewery packaging processes (bottles, cans, kegs)
  • Strong knowledge of packaging equipment such as fillers, pasteurizers, depalletizers, labelers, packers, palletizers, and conveyors
  • Understanding of CIP (Clean-in-Place), sanitation, and hygiene standards
  • Knowledge of packaging quality parameters including fill volume, dissolved oxygen (DO), CO₂, seam integrity, crown quality, and label quality
  • Experience with TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement methodologies
  • Strong understanding of OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and loss analysis
  • Preventive and predictive maintenance planning in coordination with engineering teams
  • Inventory and packaging material management

Quality & Food Safety

  • Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000/ISO 22000, and food safety regulations
  • Root Cause Analysis (RCA), CAPA, and quality management systems
  • Regulatory compliance and audit readiness

Leadership & People Management

  • Team leadership, coaching, and performance management
  • Workforce planning and shift management
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Brewing, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Logistics
  • Conflict resolution and employee engagement

Operational Excellence

  • Production planning and execution to meet delivery schedules

  • Utilities and resource optimization (water, steam, electricity, compressed air)
  • Data analysis using KPIs and production dashboards
