Job Purpose Description
The Regional Collections Manager will oversee and manage the collections operations across the TN & KL region, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding dues, minimizing delinquency, and maintaining compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Collections Strategy : Develop and implement effective regional collection strategies aligned with company policies.
- Team Management : Lead, train, and motivate a team of collection officers and managers to achieve recovery targets.
- Portfolio Monitoring : Track delinquency trends, monitor high-risk accounts, and ensure proactive measures are taken.
- Compliance & Governance : Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, company policies, and ethical collection practices.
- Vendor Coordination : Manage external collection agencies, ensuring performance and compliance.
- Reporting & Analytics : Prepare MIS reports, analyze collection performance, and present insights to senior management.
- Customer Engagement : Handle escalated cases, negotiate settlements, and maintain customer relationships while ensuring recovery.
