- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, travel, and priorities.
- Act as the primary point of coordination between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Communicate professionally with investors, partners, and senior leadership on behalf of the CEO when required.
- Prepare investor updates, reports, presentations, and business summaries.
- Organize and coordinate investor meetings, follow-ups, and documentation.
- Draft emails, correspondence, and executive communications with high accuracy and professionalism.
- Track key action items and ensure timely execution across teams.
- Handle confidential and strategic information with utmost discretion.
- Support CEO in business planning, presentations, and strategic initiatives.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of confidence, professionalism, and emotional maturity.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to represent leadership in external communications.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Coordinator, or similar senior support role.
- Prior exposure to investor relations, senior leadership support, or client-facing roles is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated career stability and clear achievements in previous roles.
