Assist in routine inspections of construction activities, including reinforcement placement, concrete pouring, shuttering, plastering, blockwork, and finishing, ensuring conformance to approved drawings and specifications. ? Support the inspection of incoming construction materials, such as cement, steel, aggregates, bricks, plumbing and electrical items, verifying against test certificates and checklists. ? Help maintain QA/QC documentation, including inspection checklists, pour cards, material registers, calibration logs, and NCR logs, under the supervision of the QA/QC Engineer. ? Participate in field testing and sampling of concrete cubes, slump tests, and other material verification activities as directed by the site lab or quality team. ? Monitor curing and protection of finished work like concrete slabs, columns, and plastered walls, and report deviations or damages to the quality team.
