Sales & Market Mapping
- You will be responsible for achieving business objectives within your designated sales territory while adhering to established sales processes.
- You will achieve monthly Volume and POS targets as per business requirements.
- You will drive growth in the 16” & above segment for Goodyear (GY) and 14” & above segment for Kelly.
- You will identify and appoint new Dealers and BROs to expand channel presence and increase market share.
- You will plan, execute, monitor, and report sales activities within your assigned territory.
- You will regularly track sales performance against agreed targets and implement corrective actions whenever necessary.
- You will adhere to the defined Beat Plan and Permanent Journey Plan (PJP).
- You will provide timely feedback on competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments.
- You will drive achievement against AOP objectives, including volume, product mix, channel activation, and channel expansion.
- You will improve Share of Accounts (SOA) and Share of Market (SOM) within the assigned territory.
- You will build and maintain strong relationships with key Dealers, BROs, and MBRs.
- You will support and coordinate with dealers to ensure seamless order processing and payment collections whenever required.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement approved sales and service solutions.
- You will prepare and submit accurate reports within defined timelines.
- You will provide periodic progress updates on sales performance and market activities.
- You will proactively recommend improvements and opportunities to enhance market coverage, sales effectiveness, and overall business performance.
- You should have 4+ years of experience in Territory Sales, Channel Sales, Dealer Management, Market Development, or a similar sales role.
