We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist with 6–9 years of strong experience in end‑to‑end hiring. The role involves understanding business needs, sourcing qualified candidates, managing the interview process, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct HR screening to evaluate communication, fitment, experience, and expectations.
- Coordinate with technical panels and ensure timely interview closures.
- Manage high‑volume and niche hiring based on business requirements.
- Stakeholder & Hiring Manager Coordination
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand JD, skill requirements, and urgency.
- Provide regular hiring updates, dashboards, and status reports.
- Ensure alignment on profiles, interview feedback, timelines, and selection decisions.
- Candidate Management
- Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the process.
- Manage offer negotiation, notice‑period discussions, and follow‑up until joining.
- Create a positive candidate experience at all stages of recruitment.
- Recruitment Operations
- Prepare and update trackers, MIS reports, and weekly hiring dashboards.
- Work on process improvements to reduce TAT and enhance hiring efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with internal policies and documentation standards.
- 6–9 years of strong experience in end‑to‑end Technical Hiring.
- Hands on experience on MS Office (Excel – Analytics, PowerPoint)
- Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms.
- Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work with strict timelines.
- Strong understanding of hiring KPIs and recruitment reporting.
- Experience with ATS tools (e.g., Darwinbox, Zoho, etc.) is an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- MBA in HR preferred but not mandatory.
