The Opportunity

As a member of the LCI team, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to coordinate all activities related to Asset Information Management (AIM) and Data Quality. Your main responsibility will be to support project execution and ensure that LCI coordination is carried out effectively across all phases of a project, from tendering to final handover to the client. Furthermore, you will work closely with the BIM (Building Information Modelling) team to ensure that we have a structured and collaborative approach towards data handling and data insertion in the BIM 3D models.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Develop, implement, and maintain LCI strategies, standards, and procedures in alignment with company policies and industry best practices.
  • Manage the collection, organization, and validation of LCI from various sources, including engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate handover of LCI to operations and maintenance teams.
  • Utilize and administer LCI management systems and tools (e.g., EDMS, PLM systems) to track and control project documentation.
  • Conduct quality checks and audits of LCI deliverables to ensure compliance with project requirements and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with project teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve LCI-related issues and discrepancies.
  • Provide training and support to project personnel on LCI processes and tools.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of LCI management processes and systems.
  • Prepare and present LCI status reports to project management and relevant stakeholders.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Life Cycle Information (LCI) management, document control, or information management within the energy, industrial, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Proven experience with LCI management systems, Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), or Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software.
  • Strong understanding of engineering documentation, data structures, and information hierarchies.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations related to information management is a plus.
